Hello everyone! My name is Breghilyn Cheska Bagalso (but I mainly go by Cheska) and I go to Mountain View High School. My hobbies are dancing, scrapbooking, reading, photography, and making fun of characters in horror movies. I have been a part of my school’s marching band for three years now and I am the section leader for the flutes. I am also a part of my school’s dance team, Dance Spectrum, and it has helped me cultivate my passion for dance. Another fun fact about me is that I can braid my hair without getting sore arms and I am sadly allergic to cats.
I am looking forward to creating unforgettable experiences in a new country and becoming more open minded to a new culture. The only time I went outside the country is when I went to the Philippines in 2019. This is my first time traveling alone and I am pretty nervous, but I know that this trip will teach me a lot about independence and connecting with diverse backgrounds. I can’t wait to spend the most incredible 2 weeks of my summer with amazing people who I hope to call my friends 🙂
