Hi guys!
My name is Janet, and I am excited about the upcoming Costa Rica trip with Global Glimpse this summer! I’m a rising senior at Bard High School Early College Bronx. I love hanging out with friends and family. I’m always up for visiting bookstores, libraries, cafes, and other places in the city! While commuting, I enjoy listening to music and reading. Some of my favorite music artists are Men I Trust, Wave to Earth, Laufey, Faye Webster, Kali Uchis, and ITZY! I am a student passionate about engaging with others and advocating for my community.
I applied to this Global Glimpse trip because it offers a unique experience full of learning and an opportunity to connect with other places in the world. This will be my first time in Costa Rica and another country other than Mexico. I look forward to learning about others’ experiences and exploring their culture. I am excited to get to know you all and hope to make long-lasting memories on this trip!
