We are your program coordinators, Chelsea and Denis, and we are so excited to meet you and welcome you to Matagalpa, Nicaragua in a few months!

Matagalpa is a beautiful city in the north of Nicaragua, in the green mountains and famous for its coffee. After you arrive, you’ll feel like Matagalpans in no time because we are going to introduce you to the city, its people, its culture and its food! Not to mention teach you lots of Spanish words!
We have been spending several months working hard to design an awesome itinerary for you guys, during which you will learn all about Nicaragua, work hard, and have fun. This trip will be full of challenges that will help you to improve your leadership skills and step out of your comfort zone. We can’t wait to see you all together and provide you the best experience possible.
This summer we want you to bring an open mind, positive attitude and lots of energy to Matagalpa! We will be there to guide you and support you every step of the way. We’re so excited to meet you and wish you all the best in preparing for your trip.
