We started our morning early today in order to head out to the IPHE for special needs children. Before we headed out, we designed questions that would help us create a CAP (Community Action Project) in order to resolve the urgent needs of the school. After a tour of the facility, we saw that they need new tables, paint jobs, and a lot of minor work. When we arrived at hotel Hawaii, we planned for our CAP projects. After lunch, we calculated the prices of our projects and contacted partners for help. After a break, we headed over to the local grocery store and a bakery with our PC’s. We ended our day by having dinner. Overall, we are excited about the start of our new CAP projects and the partnerships we make along the way.
