Hello CH1C Parents and Families,
Due to weather at Newark, the group has been significantly delayed. Your students have probably already called to let you know, but we also wanted to share this updated information.
The group is now currently scheduled to fly out of EWR at 10:56p EDT and arrive in Chicago ORD at 12:22a CDT. They will still pick up their baggage at Terminal 1 baggage claim about 30 mins after the plane lands. Their flight number is still 2015, and you an track the flight status here.
There were many flights cancelled out of Newark today, and while our delay is inconvenient, we are hopeful that the group will arrive home tonight. If however, the flight does get cancelled, we will have hotel accommodations for the group.
