Hey what’s up you guys, today was day two of our Community Action Project (CAP). We started off the day by heading to the Magic Fútbol Club located at Barrio de las Flores. We finished building shelves in a shed, painting the surrounding walls, building the goal post, and weaving a new net for them.

Being Líder del Día (LDD/Leader of the Day), was a very nerve-wracking experience but truly inspiring! There were ups and downs throughout the day but it was manageable and very fun overall. What surprised us the most today was the amount of people in the community that showed up to help, and our overall energy to get this project finish and help the community. Tomorrow is our last day here in Constanza, we are filled with many emotions. We are very sad to be leaving after having such a good time meeting the locals and forming such strong bonds with those who are on this trip with us, but we are also extremely happy to be going home, seeing our family and friends, and of course getting our phones back! 😊
