After Disco Night, having an awesome time dancing and socializing with locals, everyone was exhausted. We finally got time to rest and got a later start. Glimpsers had the opportunity to buy souvenirs for family and friends. Also they had the chance to bond with others and explore Estelí.
As leaders of the day, we found it challenging to be responsible for others while they were out in multiple groups and at multiple locations. It was fun being leaders because we were able to go out with multiple groups to talk to our peers. We learned that even though it was a free day, we had to remain aware and responsible for others, often cutting our own free time short to make sure everyone else was safe and on time for each part of the day.
P.S. Shout out to the Boyds and Corneliuses (Monet). Shout out to the Fam (Doug).
