We had a change of plans today. Instead of having a fun day, we decided to use one of our free days because a few of us were still not feeling well. Since we stayed at the hostel today, we had the chance to walk around Esteli and purchase gifts and snacks. We were also able to stop by the cyber cafe and many had the opportunity to connect with our families. One of the glimpsers bought a soccer ball and everybody enjoyed playing a round of monkey in the middle. All of our meals were prepared by our Global Glimpse Leader, Erika, and it was delicious. Everyone definitely enjoyed having a relaxing day today and took advantage of getting a much needed rest.
