Hello everyone! My name is Emeraude. I enjoy cooking, listening to music as well as reading and writing. I love hanging out with my friends and family as they are the people I love most. I love meeting new people, hearing about different experiences, learning from them, and most importantly giving back. I love making meaningful connections and I’m so excited for the beautiful memories I will be creating with new people! I’m interested in learning more about the culture, where people came from, what their traditions are, and what they struggle with as a community. I think this is a perfect opportunity to build your respect and empathy for other people and celebrate your differences as well as your similarities. Being without my phone for 2 weeks will be a little challenging, but it’ll be mentally relieving. I’m excited to get to know the GG staff as well as the other students going on this adventure with me. I’m excited to meet you. See you July 14th at the crack of dawn!
