Hello parents and bros!!!! Today was the first day of executing our CAP project at Casa De Los Suenos, an after school program to help kids get sufficient education, nutrition, and medical assistance. We are repainting their walls, improving their playground, and creating a mural as well as providing shade while the kids wait. The kids melted all of our hearts even if we spoke zero Spanish (@us). They covered us in paint (as you can see in the pictures) and welcomed us with open arms to their community. Today’s experience taught us to adapt to provide the best possible aid for whomever we are working with. Although we were very tired from our amazing fun day yesterday, we were still able to step up and get a lot done with smiles on our faces J. Now for some big loves: One to Salvador for keeping everyone on task as well as for his extensive love for fruit, another to Tania to being helpful, hilarious, and unapologetically herself, lastly big love to everyone for drinking the salt water flavored electrolytes.
How exciting, the pictures looks great! Good job guys keep up the great work.

Nice work Glimpsers! I would have enjoyed witnessing those zero Spanish speakers. I guess it goes to show us all that there should be no barriers in showing love and kindness. It’s nice to see your smiling (and painted) faces. I thought maybe Elsie and Christina had a face mask – haha. We looking forward to seeing your finished product with all the kids on hand. Keep up the great work!
Great write up Elsie and Christina! Great to see and read the updates every day as well as learning all of this along with you guys!! Clearly making the most of your trip with Global Glimpse. Have fun! Enjoy the Fruit! Great Job Salvador!!!
A smile goes a long way, especially with language barrier.
Hey Mari, we are very proud of you being brave enough to go and enjoy yourself. Praise God everyday and tell someone about Jesus in your life.
