Today was our Glimpses’ first day in the DR. They learned so much about the Dominican history and about the town of Constanza. We had so much fun learning how to cross streets and seeing different places around town. After our long walk, we had some yummy Paletas (popsicles) at the stadium where we had a chance to have a baseball game with the local kids. I love how excited everyone is to learn about Constanza and take home as much as they can from my culture.
