What surprised me the most today was how passionate people are about working organically and sustainably. What also surprised me was the fact that in the tobacco business we visited today does not receive any profit from selling there products to other countries and employees are paid by production. Being El Lider Del Dia for me was very challenging because it made me step out of my comfort zone. I am a quite person and I do not like to talk to people and tell them what to do, but despite of all that I feel like being the leader is a good experience because it helps you achieve goals that you set for yourself even though it is not the easiest thing to do. What I learned about myself today was that I have the ability to lead a group and I also gained a little more confidence in myself.
