My name is Jessica I am one of the Global Glimpse Leaders, for Riobamba, Ecuador! During the school year I am a special education teacher, doctoral research fellow, adjunct professor and entrepreneur. I live in upstate NY. I love hiking, traveling and creating.
I became a Global Glimpse Leader because I love traveling and working with youth. My favorite memories are from my trips abroad. I appreciate how intentional and dedicated Global Glimpse is with their process. They take a lot of time to connect and build strong teams, so that students can have a productive, safe and unforgettable experience.
To prep for the trip I have been doing a lot of meditating, eating well, practicing my Spanish and getting outside. I am looking forward to meeting everyone at the airport. I have been thinking about all of the amazing people I am going to learn from on this trip and all the amazing connections we are going to make.
