Hello my name is Makai Long. I just turned 17 this month and I’m about to be a senior this following year. I’m from Philadelphia. I’m very quiet. I like to read and just listen to music. I’m a very calm and chill person. I like to draw. I like going outside. During this summer I’ve been in the pool as much as I could, ironically I’m not a very good swimmer. I rarely travel to far places. I’ve been to close places like New York many times because I was born in Brooklyn. This’ll be a very different experience. I’ve always enjoyed learning about different cultures. I’m Puerto Rican and African American. I’m excited to go on this trip and just experience something new and enjoyable. I know this is gonna be an unforgettable trip and I can’t wait to go. Going to Dominican Republic will be an amazing to opportunity to experience and learn more about a different culture. I hope to make amazing memories with all of you guys.
