Hello, everyone, my name is Liz and I attend Castro Valley High School in Castro Valley. I was born and raised in Bay area. I’ve only been out of the country one time so this will be my second time. Traveling the world has always been a big dream of mine and I’m finally able to go to another country and diverse myself in another culture. I am bilingual; Russian was my first language and then I learned Engish when I started attending school. I love to draw, learn new things and go exploring. I am really passionate about learning other languages. I am already fluent in two and currently learning Spanish after which I am planning on learning other languages.
I am VERY excited to be going on this trip. I really want to learn more about the world and its people. I want my worldview and perspectives to change. I want to grow and develop as a leader while challenging myself and pushing myself to step out of my comfort zone. I am also very excited to serve people and make new friends. Can’t wait to meet all of you. This will be one heck of a trip!! See you soon!!
