Hello,
My name is Aaron Haffner. I am a High School Math Teacher who works and lives in the Bay Area. My passions include traveling, cooking, rock climbing and video games. Traveling is a huge part of my life and I’m always looking for an excuse to leave home and see somewhere new.
I became a Global Glimpse leader in order to help students who may never get a chance to travel outside of the United States experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. It is my hope that the experiences you students have forever change your life for the better.
The aspects of the trip I am most excited for are those that introduce us to the daily lives of the people. Often on a trip you only see the surface of a country and its culture from the eyes of a visiting tourist. The chance of seeing a different and more personal perspective is unique.
