Hey everyone! Sorry for posting my intro so late but my name is Belinda, I’m 17, and I go to Palo Alto HS. Volunteering has always been something that I loved doing and I have been a part of the Youth Community Service club since I was in 7th grade. That being said, I’m really excited to volunteer in the DR this summer but also very nervous because I have never learned Spanish before. I look forward to meeting you all and know that I’m going to gain an amazing experience from this trip.
Some notes: I’m short (5’ 0.75” to be specific) and I recently got bangs 🙂 Also, I’ve always been shy so your first impression of me might be that I’m a quiet person but you’ll soon find out that I actually really love having conversations so please don’t hesitate to approach me.
