Hello everyone, family and friends.
This is Cynthia, a C3C Program Coordinator.
Today, we started the day with an energizer and then with a delicious breakfast (eggs, toast, fruit and hot chocolate), then we had a seminar about Culture and Safety Orientation where we went over rules and expectations.
Then in the afternoon we had a city tour, where we visited some historical places, as monuments, the fire department, the central park, the church and baseball stadium, and the students where able to play with some of the kids who were practicing at the baseball stadium.
All the students were able to learn more about the history of Dominican Republic, and also they could know specific places where they can visit during their free day.
They are safe and sound and very engaged to each of the activities, and are excited to get to know more about hte culture of the Dominican Republic.
