Hola! Hi!

My name is Alexis Murillo Amezcua, she/her, and I am excited to go to Las Tablas, Panama!
Lil’ about me 🙂
– I am actually an incoming freshman in college! I will be attending UC Berkeley in the Fall! I, like you, expected to go my junior year of high school, but due to some family emergencies I couldn’t go! If you’re curious I’ll hopefully be double majoring in English and Sociology and minoring in Journalism.

– I don’t really have any strong phobias, other than crippling fear of not succeeding that plagues all first-gen students :0

– I really enjoy learning and exploring the various that I’m interested in. Some are leftward radical politics, Latinx/Chicanx issues, multiracial feminist ideas.

– Este semestre en Agosto voy a entrar al la Universidad de California Berkeley! Como los estudiantes, yo esperaba viajar en mi tercer año de high school. Pero unas emergencias familiares pasaron y no pude viajar. Si estas interesado/a voy a estudiar Inglés y Sociología, tambien Periodismo me interesa.

– No tengo fobias, aparte del miedo paralizante de no tener éxito, que afecta a todos los estudiantes de primera generación. :0

– Me gusta explorar temas que me interesan. Algunos son política radical izquierda, temas de Latinx / Chicanx, y temas feministas multirraciales.
