Hi everyone, my name is Vivian Wong, and currently, I go to Independence High School. I’m totally excited to go to Nicaragua to help people, and of course, MEET NEW PEOPLE. I will be going to Leon on June 7, and I can’t wait to meet all my travel buddies.Let me talk about the things I love to do. I love to play basketball, and it has been such a passion for me for the past 12 years. Also, I am the new Independence Key Club president, and I love to do community service and initiate change in our community. I was the past secretary for Acts of Random Kindness which enable me to spread optimism and relieve stress throughout school, so I hope I can do that in Nicaragua. I haven’t traveled outside of the US for a very long time, so I can’t wait to go south of the border to a place completely different from where I am now. Sadly, I can’t go to the meet and greet because I have a basketball tournament and a board training conference.
