Introduction

Hey everyone! My name is Ayanna Smith and I currently attend Williamsburg Preparatory High School as a rising senior. I enjoy playing video games, traveling, and spending time with my friends. I’ve traveled to various different countries from a young age because my mother wanted me to be culturally enriched growing up though I’ve never been to South America, so I am very excited to experience a new culture! That is the reason I applied to Global Glimpse, to experience something I’ve never encountered before. I aspire to be a child psychologist because I love children and love learning about the human brain and how it develops. I’m usually a super energetic person and quite talkative once I get comfortable so if I’m a bit reserved at first that’s why. I simply love doing my hair, I do it every day usually in different hairstyles; it’s my favorite hobby to be quite frank. I’m also on my school’s track team and used to do competitive swimming for 4 years. That’s pretty much it and I’m so excited to meet you all in two days!!
