Hello Families,
We hope you’re getting excited to see the students soon! As you may know, the flight from Newark to SFO this evening was cancelled due to weather in the Newark area, and all flights out of that airport were grounded. We have been working with our contacts at United to get all of the students and Leaders rebooked onto the easiest and earliest flights possible, to arrive at SFO today (Thursday, July 18th).
However, given all of the flight delays and cancellations at Newark, our contact had to split the students into groups traveling on different flights. Please check your student’s portal account for the new flight information, and contact the Bay Area Programs Team if you have any questions about your student’s new flight.
