All of our Glimpsers have arrived safe and sound. We had a nice quick dinner at Subways in the airport before heading to our Hotel for the night in Managua. Tonight our students will take nice rest in their new home, Nicaragua, for the next two and a half weeks. Tomorrow we will wake up early and travel to Matagalpa!

It was such a treat to hear your voice last night upon your arrival. I could feel the excitement pulsing through the phone in your voice. I am so thrilled for the experience that you are about to embark upon. I know that it will be life changing and with that you will develop a new found appreciation of all that I have offered you, prepared you for and look forward to. I miss you so much already. My world is not the same without you at my side, but it is a bittersweet reality preparing me for what is to come. Take it all in. Experience it all to the fullest. Remember all of our talks and take care of you! I love you so much and I can’t wait to read/hear about your adventures there in beautiful Matagalpa Nicaragua. Hug yourself and know that this is a hug from me. Look out for Kalliyah and ya’ll be safe.
