Hello there. Today, our group experienced a great number of activities. For instance, we had a very important meeting with La Amistad, the organization that is allowing us to create a new place for the children they serve to learn. Many of the students are excited and ready to start our community action project; already, students have so many ideas on how to help the organization. We, as a group, are willing to go above and beyond to improve their situation. Also, today was the first day that our team taught a group of students. A lot of the Nicaraguan students were shy, but ready to learn. They were actually willing and very excited to learn English and make new friends. Although some were a little talkative or, sometimes, did not pay attention, our group was able to form a bond and understand where they are and how to deliver a lesson.
