Hi guys!! My name is Vi Nguyen, and I go to Andrew Hill High School in San Jose.

So some things that I like…

I am a huge fan of the Harry Potter series (I’m actually watching the entire series all over again right now.) I love all things Disney. In my free time, I watch TV shows like Bones, Once Upon A Time, and the Fosters. I’m crazy about movies, and I love going to the theaters. I watch a lot of dramas, especially Korean dramas. I’m also part of a Korean dance group, and we dance to K-pop; it’s mainly just for fun. I also ADORE cooking, and it’s actually one of the things that I do for stress relief, the other being dancing. I love a good mystery and lame jokes, just tell me a stupid joke and I’ll laugh my butt off.

If I was an animal, I would choose to be a lion because it can defend itself and is feared by others. I’m actually quite the opposite on the inside, and so I’d like a tough exterior to protect myself.

For me, the most exciting part about traveling to Nicaragua would be experiencing the culture aspects of the city and the country itself. I love exploring and learning about different cultures, and I believe this trip will broaden my horizons. I’m also very excited to go on the hiking trips, although I do have acrophobia…
