Hello GG Students and Families!
My name is Adriana Bland and I am a Youth Leadership Specialist from International High School at Union Square, High School for Public Service, and Careers in Sports. Just like all of you, this will be my first time traveling with Global Glimpse! We are in this together!
While I have never been to the Dominican Republic, I was very lucky to study abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark during college. It was the first time I had ever been on a plane AND the first time I had left the country. Studying abroad truly changed my life and it is something I encourage all of my students to look more into. Now, your moment is here! What will you learn and bring back home? How will you grow?
