All the Global Glimpsers had an intresting day full of information given by Silvio a lawyer and a professor at a local university. We also had a heated debate about whether or not America is afull democracy. Although the day felt like it was going on forever, all the Global Glimpsers stuck it out and learned the problems with the government both in Nicaragua and the USA. The last thing we did was organize our Community Action Project, which is helping out a local organization called Las Chaveladas, by the end of our planning we decided that we will paint murals, fix the garden and donate sports equiptment for the children who are recovering from abuse and drugs.
