Hola y buenas Global Glimpsers y familias!
My name is Josue Acosta, and I am one of your Global Glimpse Leaders (GGLs). I am so excited to meet all of you and am looking forward to getting to know you and watching your growth during the 12 days we have together!
This is my first trip with Global Glimpse, but I have traveled extensively both internationally and within the United States; I have traveled alone, with friends, as well as with students. I am originally from Washington DC, but have lived in the surrounding Maryland area (Baltimore and Annapolis), West Virginia, Oklahoma City, and currently reside in Chicago, where I teach Spanish for an amazing CPS school, Amundsen High School.
Besides traveling, I am a HUGE professional wrestling fan (AEW) and attend shows frequently in Chicago, Las Vegas, and the Caribbean Sea aboard the Chris Jericho Cruise.
This will be my first time traveling to Ecuador and the first time in 17 years returning to Latin America, and I am beyond excited!
